At the meeting held Monday, Apri125, 2005, Cannel Advisory Bo~d of Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer took the
following action regarding the Developmental Standards Variances ~V) filed by you for the property located at 11939 N.
Meridian Street.
APPROVED: Docket Nos. 05010014 V, 05010015 V, and 050301012 V: Development Standards Variances for
parking lot curbing, planting adjacent to building and sign height.
TABLED: Docket No. 05030011 V: Development Standards Variance for sign area, at the Petitioner's request.

Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance, the aforementioned Development
Standards Variance approval is valid for one (1) year. By that timtf, either continuous construction of the
improvements must be underway, or a written request for a one-t~~e, six-month extension of the approval must have
been received and approval granted by this Department. The expir~tion date of the approval is April 25, 2006.

Please be advised that per Section 25.07.07: Sign Permits of the Zpning Ordinance, the signs approved pursuant to
the aforementioned Development Standards Variances must be established within one (1) year. The expiration date
of the approvals is April 25, 2006. .1
When applying for applications for permits regarding the improvements contained within this approval,
please include a copy of this letter with your application mat~1ials in order to assist the Department's review.
