Notice is hereby given that the Carmel Board of Z(j)ning Appeals Hearing Officer on the 25th

requests four Developmental Standards Variances ofthe,aarmel Zoning Ordinance ("Ordinance") as
a part of the construction of new sigIis on: the property Jd an expansion of an existing parking lot.
The first variance is of Section 27.03.02 of the Ordinan~! to eliminate curbing from the parking lot
located east of the existing office building. The second variance is of Section 23 .B.1 O. 02. C(2) of the
Ordinance to reduce th~ area for plantings adjacent to th, building. The th1.rdvariance is of Section
25.07.02-08.c of the Ordinance to increase the sign aref for a proposed wall sign on the existing
office building. . The fourth variance is of Section 25/07 .02-08.d to increase the height of the
. proposed ground sign.
The property subject to the Developmental Standards Variance requests is located at 11939 North
Meridian Street in Carmel,' Indiana.
The requests for the Development Standards Variance request are identified as DocketNos.
