Planning /Zoning Dept. review comments: 1. Please provide digital or scanned copies of any revised plans and applications. Reply: See attached paper and digital copies of the updated plans. 2. Please provide copies of your correspondence with the TAC members and their correspondence with you. Reply: Sce attached. 3. Remember to include the Findings of Fact sheet in your informational packets to the Plan Commission. This form can be found within the Primary Plat application. Reply: The Findings will be included with the information packets as requested 4. Provide the filled out and notarized affidavit of notice of public hearing page of the application. Reply: A proof of publication submittal addressing this item will be submitted on December 14 under a separate transmittal. 5. Provide the filled out Notice of Public Hearing page of the application. Provide the filled out and notarized Public Notice Sign Placement affidavit page of the application. Provide a copy of the Official List of Adjacent Property Owners from Hamilton County Auditor's Office. Reply: Please sec thc revised plat with this information. 9. Please change the right of way to be a 50 -ft half, and this is per the Thoroughfare Plan compliance requirement. Please contact the City Engineering Dept. for more details, at 571- 2441 Reply: Please see the revised plat illustrating the 50 -ft half. 10. Please change the side path width to be 10 -ft wide, and this is per the Bicycle & Pedestrian Plan compliance requirement. Prepare an estimated construction cost to comply with the Thoroughfare Plan & Alternative Transportation Plan. Reply: We have met with the Department of Engineering and their request is for Dedication of the required right-of-way and path construction.
