Planning /Zoning Dept. review comments:
1. Please provide digital or scanned copies of any revised plans and applications.
Reply: See attached paper and digital copies of the updated plans.
2. Please provide copies of your correspondence with the TAC members and their correspondence
with you.

3. Remember to include the Findings of Fact sheet in your informational packets to the Plan
Commission. This form can be found within the Primary Plat application.

4. Provide the filled out and notarized affidavit of notice of public hearing page of the application.
Reply: A proof of publication submittal addressing this item will be submitted on December 14
under a separate transmittal.

14. The Plan Commission may ask that you commit to the attached architectural guidelines; please

15. Please show utility easements on each lot, as required by Subdivision Control Ordinance Chapter
6.06.

16. Please consider creating a shared driveway between the 2 lots.

17. Prepare an estimated construction cost to comply with the Thoroughfare Plan & Alternative
Transportation Plan.
Reply: We have met with the Department of Engineering and their request is for Dedication of
the required right-of-way and path construction.
