Dear Mr. Monroe:
At the meeting held Monday, April 25, 2005, Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals took the following action
regarding the U se Variance (1N) and Developmental Standards Variances (V) filed by you for the property located at
9639 Haverstick Road.
DENIED: Docket Nos. 05020030 UV, 05020031 V, 05020032 V: Use Variance for permitted uses and
Development Standards Variances for parking lot curbing and buffer yard requirements.
According to our Board of Zoning Appeals Rilles (Article VIII, Section 7), it states: "An application which has been
decided adversely to the petitioner shall not be placed again on the BZA's agenda.. .for a period of six (6) months
following the date of the adverse decision issued by the BZA. . ."
