This project is located at the southwest comer of the intersection of Michigan Road and 99th Street in Hamilton County, Indiana. The proposed construction activity will be disturbing approximately 1.06 acres. The construction area will be disturbing existing undeveloped green space. The proposed improvements will consist of installing asphalt pavement, curbs, light poles and drainage infrastructure tying into the existing storm water detention facility located at the southwest quadrant of the site. The site was developed in 2001 for Chrysler Realty and rebranded to Ed Martin Pontiac GMC in 2004. Storm water from the site is collected via a network of catch basins in the parking lot and routed to a storm water detention facility located at the southwest quadrant of the site. Additional storm water catch basins are proposed with the parking lot expansion with sub - surface storm sewer pipes routed to the existing detention facility.
