1) THE CONTRACTOR SHALL VERIFY ALL CONDITIONS AND JUDGE
FOR THEMSELVES, THE SUITABILITY OF THE PLANS IN RELATIONSHIP
TO THE BUILDING SITE, AND EXISTING GRADES.
2) THESE DRAWINGS SERVE AS A GUIDE TO THE CONSTRUCTION OF
THE BUILDING, DUE TO VARIATIONS IN DIFFERENT AREAS, THEY CAN
ONLY BE A GUIDE, AND IN NO WAY DICTATE ANY OF THE LOCAL
AND/ OR STATE BUILDING CODES. IT IS THE CONTRACTORS FULL
RESPONSIBILITY TO REVIEW ALL PLANS FOR ACCURACY AND
CLARITY, AND TO INSURE ALL SUBS ARE CLEAR AS TO THE SCOPE
OF THEIR WORK. THE CONTRACTOR ASSUMES ALL RESPONSIBILITY
FOR ERRORS IN DESIGN, DIMENSIONS OR OMISSIONS,
3) ALL STRUCTURAL MEMBERS ARE BASED ON AN ASSUMED NEED,
AND MAY CHANGE AT ANY TIME, IT IS THE CONTRACTORS
RESPONSIBILITY TO VERIFY ACTUAL NEED AND SIZES.
4) ALL WINDOW SIZES LISTED ARE BASIC SIZES AND MAY VARY
BASED ON SUPPLIER, ALL FINISHES AND ROUGH OPENINGS
MUST BE VERIFIED BY OWNER/ CONTRACTOR.
5) ALL WALLS W/ BRICK ARE 9 -1/2 ", ALL OTHERS TO BE 5 -1/2" UNLESS
NOTED OTHERWISE ON PLANS.
6) ALL CEILINGS ARE 9' MAIN LEVEL AND 8' UPPER LEVEL OR AS
NOTED ON PLAN FOR GIVEN AREA.
-7) ALL DISCREPANCIES ARE TO BE BROUGHT TO THE ATTENTION
OF THE CONTRACTOR/ DESIGNER IMMEDIATELY BEFORE CONSTRUCTION
IS TO RESUME, TO INSURE PROPER STEPS ARE TA<EN.
