At"the.meeting.held Monday; September.25,2012,the Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning:Appeals Hearing Officer took
the following action regarding the Developmental Standards Variance(V)filed by you for the property located at
10580 North Michigan Road.
APPROVED: Docket No. 12090005 V: Development Standards Variance for 30-foot greenbelt(7 feet requested).
Please beiadvised that per Section 30.05.05.: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance,the aforementioned Development
Standard Variance approval is valid for three(3)years. By Mat time,either continuous construction of the improvements
must be underway,or a written request for a'one-time,six-month extension of the approval must have been received and
approvalgranted by this Department.The expiration date of the approval is September 24,2015.
Please include a copy of this letter with any permit application.

Dear Jim:
The Carmel Plan Commission took the following action at its meeting January 24,2008 regarding the
DevelopmentPlanand Architectural Design,Lighting,Landscaping and-.Signage(DP/ADLS) for Mike's Car
Wash application for a facility located at 10580 North Michigan Road,within the US 421 Overlay.
APPROVED: Mike's Car Wash,Weston Park,Lot 2,Docket No.07090014"DP/ADLS. The application
for a car wash facility located,at 10580North Michigan Road within the US 421 Overlay
was approved,contingent upon approval of variances requested from,the Board of Zoning
Appeals and alsoiconditioned upon stuffed animals.NOT being,visiblefrom any right-of-
way.
In order to assist the Department's review,please attach-a copy of this letter when making application for permits
regarding the-:improvements contained within this-approval.
