APPROVED: Docket No. 12090005 V: Development Standards Variance for 30-foot greenbelt(7 feet requested). Please beiadvised that per Section 30.05.05.: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance,the aforementioned Development Standard Variance approval is valid for three(3)years. By Mat time,either continuous construction of the improvements must be underway,or a written request for a'one-time,six-month extension of the approval must have been received and approvalgranted by this Department.The expiration date of the approval is September 24,2015.
