At the meeting.held Monday, September 25,2012,the Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer took
the following action regarding the Developmental Standards Variances(V) filed by you for the property located at
10293 Meridian Street North.
APPROVED:Docket Nos.12090006 V and 12090007 V:Development Standards Variances for 90-foot build-to-line
(70 feet requested)and landscaping requirements(as it relates to the portion along US 31).
WITHDRAWN:Docket No. 12090010'V: Amount of parking spaces required.,Withdrawn by Petitioner.
Please•be advisedtthat.per,Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance, the aforementioned Development
Standard Variance approvals are'vand'for three(3)years. By that time,either continuous construction of the
improvements must be underway,or a written request for a one-time, six-month extension of the approval must have been
received and approval granted by this Department.The expiration date of the approvals is September 24, 2015.
Please include a copy of this letter with any permit application.
