NO110E.IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Hearing Officer
for the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals, will con-
duct a meeting on the 24th day of September, 2012,
at 5:30 p.m., in the Second Floor Caucus Rooms,
City Hall; One Civic Square, Carmel, Indiana 46032,
to hold a Public Hearing regarding the application,
identified by Docket Numbers referenced above,
regarding a request for development standards var-
iances.
The variance requests pertain to Section
23B.08.01, Section 23B.12 and 27.08 and Section
238.10 of the Zoning Ordinance and seek permis-
sion to reduce setbacks, eliminate some required
parking spaces and the elimination of some re-
quired landscaping and landscape area (the "Vari-
ances").
The real estate made the subject of the Variances
is located at 10293 Meridian Street North, generally
described as being at the southeast corner of Me-
ridian Street and 103rd Street in Carmel, Indiana
(the "Real Estate"). The Real Estate is zoned B-5
(Business); is approximately 25 acres in size, and
includes-the property tax parcel identified as 16-13-
11-00-00.014.001.
The application is identified as Docket Numbers
12090006 V, 12090007 V and 12090010 V and copies
of the request and accompanying plans are on file
for examination at the Department of Community
Services, One Civic Square, Carmel, IN 46032, tele-
phone (317)571-2417.
All ;interested persons desiring to present their
views on the above proposed Variances, either in
writing or verbally, will be given an opportunity to
be heard at the above-mentioned time and place.
