Dear Mr.'Moffett:
At the meeting held Monday, September 25,2012,the Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer took
the following action regarding the Developmental Standards Variance(V) filed by you for the property located at.
131 W. 136th Street.
APPROVED: Docket No.12090009 V: Development Standards Variances for lot widths, maximum 50 feet(65 feet
requested) with the Commitment to keep the landscape"ellipse"as presented in the packet of information.
Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance, the aforementioned Development
Standard Variance approval is valid for three(3)years. By that time,either continuous construction of the improvements
must be underway,or a written request-for a one-time,six-month extension of the approval must have been received and
approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of the approval is September 24, 2015.
Please include a copy of this letter with any permit application.
