APPROVED:Docket No. 12090015 V: Development Standards Variance for maximum ground floor area of a detached garage(24 feet x 30 feet permitted. 30 feet.x 38 feet requested). Please be advised that per Section.30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance,the aforementioned Development Standard Variance approval is valid for three(3)years. By that time,either continuous construction of the improvements must.he underway,or a written request for a one-time, six-month extension of the approval must have been received and approval granted by this Department. The expiration elate of the approval is October 22,2015. Please include a copy of this letter with any permit applications.
