At the meeting held Monday,October 22,2012.the Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals took the following action
regarding the Developmental Standards Variance(V)filed by you for the property located at 10256 Niman Court.
APPROVED:Docket No. 12090015 V: Development Standards Variance for maximum ground floor area of a detached
garage(24 feet x 30 feet permitted. 30 feet.x 38 feet requested).
Please be advised that per Section.30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance,the aforementioned Development
Standard Variance approval is valid for three(3)years. By that time,either continuous construction of the improvements
must.he underway,or a written request for a one-time, six-month extension of the approval must have been received and
approval granted by this Department. The expiration elate of the approval is October 22,2015.
Please include a copy of this letter with any permit applications.
