Discussion: • Maintain one entrance/exit • Time frame for concrete is Spring • Do not want gravel indefinitely o Gravel will only be used until funds are available; very temporary o Commit to no more than one year for each phase Action: Mr. Hawkins APPROVED Docket Nos. 12090016 SUA for Church in R-1 district and 12090017 V for parking facilities using temporary gravel with the Commitment that gravel for each phase will have a one- year time limit with no more than three (3) anticipated phases. 3.
