APPROVED:Docket Nos.12090016 SUA and 12090017 V:Special Use Amendment for Church in R-1 district and Development Standards Variance for temporary gravel use for parking lot expansion with the Commitment that gravel for each phase will have a one-year time limit with no more than three(3)anticipated phases. Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance,the aforementioned Development Standard Variance approval is valid for three(3)years. By that time,either continuous construction of the improvements must be underway,or a written request for a one-time,six-month extension of the approval must have been received and approval granted by this Department.The expiration date of the approval is October 22,2015.
