Essentially, we have increased the size of the existing storm water detention pond by 41%-therefore reducing the #of parking spaces down to a total of 107 in the parking lot addition. I will forward the updated Civil base drawing to the lighting designer to update their photometric plan as well. Only one light pole will move to the top of bank of the pond West of storm structure#202. The updated plan and drainage report are being sent to Greg Ilko at Crossroad Engineers for review. I hesitate to update the PC packet info with this plan just yet....more tweaks may be coming. Can I just distribute an updated 11x17 plan at the hearing on Tuesday, 11/20?
