I have issued the Docket Number for Hunter /Pullins Rezone (Z). (Location Map is attached.) It is the following:
Docket No. 12090011 Z: Hunter /Pullins Rezone.
The applicant seeks approval to rezone approximately 1.29 acres from PUD /Planned Unit Development to S-
2 /Residence. These 3 parcels were formerly part of Aramore PUD. The site is located near 2155 E. 99th Street. It is
currently zoned PUD /Planned Unit Development. Filed by Jamie & Lucy Hunter and Grant & Denise Pullins,
owners.

Petitioner, please note the following:
1. This item does not need to be on a meeting agenda of the Technical Advisory Committee (TAC). However, if
not done so already, the petitioner must submit /email plans to all TAC members ASAP. (The updated TAC
members list is attached. )
2. Mailed and Published Public Notice needs to occur no later than Sept. 21. Published notice is required within
the Noblesville Times *. Get the public notice ad to the Times by 11:00a.m., two days prior to the public notice
deadline, in order for them to publish it on time (765- 365 -2316 or legals @thetimes24- 7.com). Also, the
placement of a notice of public hearing sign on the property is required, too, in addition to the certified
mailings & legal ad; see Application & Calendar.
3. The Filing Fee and Fifteen (15) Informational Packets must be delivered to Plan Commission Secretary
Ramona Hancock no later than noon, Friday, Oct. 5.
4. Proof of Notice (green cards, newspaper affidavit, etc.) needs to be received by this Department no later than
noon, Friday, Oct. 12. Failure to submit Proof of Notice by this time will result in the tabling of the petition.
5. This item will appear on the Tuesday, Oct. 16 meeting agenda of the Plan Commission (under "Public
Hearings "), which begins at 6 pm. (A representative must be present.)
6. This item might also appear on the Wednesday, Nov. 7 meeting agenda of a Plan Commission Sub - Committee,
which begins at 6 pm. (A representative must be present.)
