The application filed by Jamie& Lucy Hunter and Grant& Denise Pullins for rezoning of approximately 1.29 acres from
PUD/Planned Unit Development to S-2/ Residence under Docket No 12090011Z is to return the property to the
previous S-2 zoning. There are no plans to make improvements to these parcels that were purchased from the PUD on
12-31-2009. We just want the parcels to carry the same S-2 zoning as the rest of our adjoining property near 2155 E 99`"
Street.
