5. This . Item will appear on the Tuesday, August 3, 2004 agenda of the of the Plan Commission Special Studies
Committee at 7 pm in the City Hall Caucus Rooms, Second Floor.

2.) Please show the approved sign design and location in comparison with the proposed sign design and location..
3.) Please show both of the proposed sign locations on the site plan.
4.) Please label the 'front' and 'back' as the east or west elevation.
5.) Development standards variance approval from the BZA will be needed for the second wall sign not facing a frontage.
6.) Suggestion: move the wall sign lower so that it fits in with the brick design at the top of the facade. Also, try to make
the height of CMC match up with the combined height of the Office Center letters (front facade).
