The site is zoned S-1 Residence District with 40 +/ - acres of real estate on the northeast comer of 116th Street and Hoover Road. The owner seeks to construct a 23 lot subdivision named West Clay Colony. The lots will have minimum size of one acre. The site currently has one curb cut onto 116th Street to access the existing two residences. Under the proposed plan, the curb cut will be in the same location.
