Project Overview
The Sourwine Family seeks Plan Commission approval of its Primary
Plat application filed March 11, 2005. The site is zoned S-1
Residence District with 40 +/ - acres of real estate on the northeast
comer of 116th Street and Hoover Road. The owner seeks to construct
a 23 lot subdivision named West Clay Colony. The lots will have
minimum size of one acre. The site currently has one curb cut onto
116th Street to access the existing two residences. Under the proposed
plan, the curb cut will be in the same location.

Thirty-three (33), Township Eighteen (18) North, Range Three (3) East.
2) Part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 33,
township 18 North, Range 3 East of the Second Principal Meridian, in Clay
Township, Hamilton County Indiana described as follows:
