It is the following: PC Resolution No. PC-10-16-12: Parks& Recreation Impact Fee Ratification(2013) Resolution to implement increase in the Parks and Recreation Impact Fee and ratify the scheduled fee increase for June 2013. 1. This item will not be on an agenda of the Technical Advisory Committee (TAC). 2. Published Public Notice will occur Friday,September 21, in the Noblesville Times. 3. Thirteen (13) Informational Packets will be delivered to Plan Commission Secretary Ramona Hancock no later than NOON, Friday,October 5,2012. 4. The Item will appear on the October 16,2012 agenda of the Plan Commission (under "Public Hearings"). 5. The Department will propose this item be reviewed by the Impact Fee Advisory Committee prior to forwarding to the City Council. If you have any questions please let me know.
