Community Services 1 Civic Square Carmel, IN 46032 Re: Docket # 0401 0026DP/ADLS Jerry Alexander Dear Jon, As you may recall, I represent John Olenick, developer, and lot owner in the Woodhaven Subdivision, the single-family residential development adjacent to the Alexander Property, which had previously been re-zoned and given ADLS approval. You may further remember that Mr. Olenick and the residences of Wood haven worked with Mr. Alexander and David Warshauer to make certain concession with regard to the zoning classification of this property along Michigan Road. It has come to Mr. Olenick's understanding that Staff may have issued a stop work order regarding improvements being made to the former residential structure on the Michigan Road Property that will be become Mr. Alexander's real-estate office. My client is very heartened and extremely pleased to know that Staff has monitored this project and has made sure that the development has occurred within the strict confines of the ADLS approval. . However, as to the proposed changes being made by Mr. Alexander, Mr. Olenick has no problems with the specific changes being made to the building as it is his, as well as the general consensus from many others in the neighborhood that the improvements being made by Mr. Alexander are appropriate. In other words, My client has no objections to the modifications that have been started by Mr. Alexander subject of course to your approval and the approval of the Carmel Plan Commission.
