Dear Mr.Dobosiewicz.
At the meeting held Monday, November 26,2012,the Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals took the
following action regarding the.Developmental Standards Variances(V)filed by you for the property located at
9800 N.Michigan Road.
APPROVED:Docket Nos.12110002 V through 12110003 V and 12110006 V:Development Standards Variances for
location of stacking for drive-thru lanes,total number of signs and 8 feet deep facade offsets(4 feet requested) with the
Commitment two windows will be added to the east elevation of the commercial(north)building.
WITHDRAWN by Petitioner:Docket,Nos.;12110004 V through 12110005 V and 12110007 V: Development
Standards Variances for total square footage,identification sign 25%logo area(32%requested)and 120 feet maximum
building setback.
Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning:Ordinance,the aforementioned Development
Standard Variance approvals are valid for three(3)years. By that time;either continuous construction of the
improvements must be underway,or a written request for a one-time,six-month extension of the approval must have been
received and approval granted by this Department.The expiration date of the approvals is November 26,2015.
Please include a copy of this letter with any future permit application.
