The site is zoned B-3/Business, within the Carmel Drive/Range Line Road Overlay Zone. APPROVED: Docket No. 12030010 DP Amend ADLS,The Centre,Part B,Southeast Corner Retail Bldg was approved for a Walgreens store as reviewed by the Special Studies Committee and returned to the Plan Commission on September 18,2012. In order to assist the Department's review,please attach a copy of this letter when making application for permits regarding the improvements contained within this approval.
