Dear Mr. Reis:
The Carmel Plan Commission took the following action at its meeting on September 18, 2012,
regarding an application for site plan and design approvals for a partial redevelopment of the
site located at 1342-1430 South Range Line Road, Carmel. The site is zoned B-3/Business,
within the Carmel Drive/Range Line Road Overlay Zone.
APPROVED: Docket No. 12030010 DP Amend ADLS,The Centre,Part B,Southeast Corner Retail Bldg
was approved for a Walgreens store as reviewed by the Special Studies Committee and
returned to the Plan Commission on September 18,2012.
In order to assist the Department's review,please attach a copy of this letter when making application for permits
regarding the improvements contained within this approval.

The Carmel Plan Commission took the following action at its meeting on May 15, 2012,
regarding an application for site plan and design approval for partial redevelopment of the site
located at 1342-1430 South Range Line Road, zoned B-3/Business, within the Cannel
Drive/Range Line Road Overlay Zone.
Additionally, the application includes a Zoning Waiver, ZO Chptrs 23F.15 & 23F.02.04:
Required Number of Parking Spaces.
