Pennsylvania Street (Kite Medical Office). APP,ROVED: Docket No. 04040020 V - Build-to lines. The Hearing Officer

LImIt of the Zoning Ordinance, the aforementioned Development Standards Vanance approval IS valid for one (1) year. By

month extension of the approval must have been received and approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of

On behalf of my client, Opus North CorporatioJ, the contract purchaser of the above

referenced real estate, I am requesting a six month extension of the approval, by Hearing Officer
of the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals on May 24, 2094, of the variance request to eliminate
the build-to-line requirements for buildings that front 01;1 u.S. Highway 31 and Pennsylvania
Street. The front building setback will be subject to the review and approval of the Departlnent
of Community Services. The variance, upon your approval of this request, will expire, unless
otherwise extended by the Board of Zoning Appeals, on October 24,2005.
