TOM WOOD SUBARU ADLS AMENDMENT
Tom Wood Subaru files an amendment to its prior approved filing Docket Number 164-
03 DP/ADLS (#030100016). The requested amendments are as follows:
1. Stone Columns: Building was built with two (2) additional columns of rock - see
attached picture which was not included in the original filing. Petitioner thought that the
addition of the stone columns was an upgrade and did not realize that it did not conform to the
exact plans approved by the Plan Commission and now is filing its amendment.
2. Screening of HV AC: The original plans did not provide for placement of HV AC
units and the proposed amendment requests approval to screen the units similar to other approval
projects of Petitioner.
3. Lighting: The approved lighting created a "dark hole" for the project when
compared to adjacent properties and the proposed light attempts to remedy this. This will require
a variance due to the narrow width of the property.
