CARMEL PLAN COMMISSION
Docket No. 04080014 DP Amend.
Notice is hereby given that the Carmel Plan Commission on September 21, 2004 at
7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1 Civic Square, Carmel, Indiana 46032 will hold a
Public Hearing upon a Development Plan Amendment Application by Kite Realty Group
("Applicant") for an approximate 6 acre parcel of real estate located north of the northeast corner
of 126th Street and U.S. Highway 31 in Carmel, Hamilton County, Indiana. The Development
Plan includes plans for a three story medical office building.
The real estate affected by said application is described In the attached legal
description.
The Application is identified as Docket No. 04080014DP Amend.
All interested persons desiring to present their views on the above application, either in writing
or verbally, will be given an opportunity to be heard at the above mentioned time and place.
Interested persons may also file written comments prior to the meeting. The hearing may be
continued from time to time as may be found necessary. The application and corresponding plans
may be viewed at the City of Carmel Department of Community Services, 1 Civic Square,
Carmel, Indiana, 46032.

A part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 26, Township 18 North, Range 3 East,
Hamilton County, Indiana, described as follows: Commencing at the northeast comer of said
quarter section; thence South 00 degrees 10 minutes 07 seconds East 439.67 feet along the east
line of said quarter section; thence South 88 degrees 42 minutes 47 seconds West 45.39 feet,
parallel with the north line of said quarter section, to a point on the westerly right-of-way line of
Pennsylvania Street as d~scribed in Book 4, pages 697 through 701 in the Office of the Recorder
of Hamilton County, Indiana, said point being the southeastern comer of the land described in the
deed to Beverly Enterprises - Indiana, Inc., recorded in Instrument number 84-12289 in said
Recorder's office: thence along the westerly right-of-way line of said Pennsylvania Street the
following three (3) courses: (1) South 05 degrees 43 minutes 38 seconds East 68.85 feet; (2)
Southerly 76.54 feet along an arc to the right and having a radius of 788.95 feet and subtended by
a long chord having a bearing of South 02 degrees 56 minutes 52 seconds East and a length of
76.51 feet; .(3) South 00 degrees 10 minutes 07 seconds East 505.21 feet to the POINT OF
BEGINNING of this description; thence continuing South 00 degrees 10 minutes 07 seconds
East 474.72 feet along said westerly right-of-way line; thence South 89 degrees 49 minutes 53
