4. The Filing Fee and Nine (9) Information packets must be delivered to Plan Commission Secretary,
Ramona Hancock, no later than NOON, Friday, August 27.
5. This Item will appear on the Tuesday, September 7, 2004 agenda of the Plan Commission Special
Studies Committee at 7 pm in the City Hall Caucus Rooms, Second Floor.
PETITIONER: refer to your instruction sheet for more detail.
PETITIONER: please complete the followina prior to submittina information packets:
1.) Please show/label the 116th Street road right-of-way.
2.) Please label distance of sign from right of way (must be at least 5 ft).
3.) Provide a landscape plan with the sign (must be equal to sign area per 25.7.02-8).
4.) Sign area must be equal to or less than 30 square feet. Please change.
5.) A variance from the BZA may be needed for number of signs.
6.) Make sign design consistent with other signs in the Merchants' Square Shopping center (See Hardees
Restaurant as an example.)
