Eventually, I will need a plan that will show how the site is expected to be landscaped. And as for the BN on the NE corner, I am fine with replacing the tree at another location around the building. At this point I don't think it is completely necessary to meet at the site as long as a suitable location for the tree can be found. Please find those updated/additional plans per your request attached. I've clouded the changes in red on the LS 1 Sheet. Regarding "as-builts" we do not have such a thing at this time - so I've created the LSX Sheet to allow you to readily see what had originally been intended. I do believe that there have been some changes/substitutions made and maybe over time, or possibly from the beginning. Hopefully this document will provide you with what you might need. Also, in response to your question about the BN on the NE Corner - I imagine that this tree was removed to improve visibility into the site. I believe it would be McAlister's desire to continue to capitalize on the increased visibility that is afforded by the tree's removal. Would it be possible to discuss locating a new tree "in-kind" further back on the site, and yet adjacent to the building? As previously discussed, it may be valuable to meet onsite to discuss ways to best approach planting "in-kind" as part of this remodel. I will allow you and the Owner and the GC to determine how you feel it would be best to approach this. I am continuing to keep them in the loop via cc on this email.
