Dear Ms. Hensley:
The Special Studies Committee of the Carmel Plan Commission took the following action at its meeting
on December 04,2012,regarding an application to modify the building exterior, add outdoor seating,
signage, and supplemental landscaping. The site is located at 355 East 116`h Street and is zoned B-
8/Busmess.
APPROVED: Docket No. 12110001 ADLS Amend,McAlister's Deli—Merchants' Pointe,Lot 3 (former
Longhorn Steakhouse)was approved with the following CONDITIONS:
1. Final approval by DOCS Staff of screening of rooftop equipment; and
2. Final Landscape Plan Approval by City Urban Forester
In order to assist the Department's review, please attach a copy of this letter when making application
for permits regarding the improvements contained within this approval.
