The site is located at 355 East 116`h Street and is zoned B- 8/Busmess. APPROVED: Docket No. 12110001 ADLS Amend,McAlister's Deli—Merchants' Pointe,Lot 3 (former Longhorn Steakhouse)was approved with the following CONDITIONS: 1. Final approval by DOCS Staff of screening of rooftop equipment; and 2. Final Landscape Plan Approval by City Urban Forester In order to assist the Department's review, please attach a copy of this letter when making application for permits regarding the improvements contained within this approval.
