Petitioner, please note the following: 1. This Item will not be on an agenda of the Technical Advisory Committee 2 Mailed and Published Public Notice needs to occur no later than Friday, October 12. Published notice is required within the Noblesville Times*. Page 10 - filename:development standards variance 2012.doc rev.12/28/2011 i Docket No.— 12100002 DSV Penske Chevrolet Signage STATEMENT OF VARIANCE: Penske Chevrolet is proposing to install one additional wall sign on the East elevation of their building to identify the customer entrance. This elevation does not face a right-of- way, so a variance is necessary. Penske has two existing building signs located on the South elevation. STATEMENT OF SUPPORT: With the approval of this variance, the additional signage will clarify the correct entrance for new customers to use.
