On November 27th, 2000, Glendale Partners will present Applications for Special US\t and
Applications for a Developmental Standards Variances to the Board of Zoning Appeals for the
following items:
Docket SU-179-00: Requesting that a special use be granted for the proposed restaurant. The
property is zoned B-3 with no permitted uses, therefore, the proposed restaurant requires a
variance of use.
Docket V -180-00:
Requesting that a variance be granted for the number of signs permitted.
Docket V-181-00: Requesting that a variance be granted for a 31 square foot ground sign
labeled "Wendy's".
Docket V-182-00: Requesting that a variance be granted for a 32 square foot wall sIgn
labeled "Wendy's" on the east side of the building.
Docket V-183-00: Requesting that. a variance be granted for a 32 square foot wall sIgn
labeled "Wendy's" on the west side of the building.
The proposed commercial development is generally described in the enclosed petitions,
applications, plans and drawings, and is more completely described in the plans on file with the
Department of Community Services.
