Dear Mr.Reis:
At the meeting held Monday, November 26,2012,the Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals took the
following action regarding the Developmental Standards Variances(V)filed by you for the property located at
4630 E.96th Street.
APPROVED:Docket Nos.12100007 V through 12100011 V:Development Standards Variances for number of signs(9
proposed,6 allowed);total square footage(409.57 square feet proposed, 339.20 square feet allowed); number of signs
facing a right-of-way: south (6 proposed,3 allowed);number of signs not facing a right-of-way: west(2 proposed, 1
allowed);and ground sign height(8 feet proposed,6 feet allowed).
Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance, the aforementioned Development
Standard Variance approvals are valid for three(3)years. By that time,either continuous construction of the
improvements must be underway,or a written request for a one-time, six-month extension of the approval must have been
received and approval granted by this Department.The expiration date of the approvals is November 26,2015.
Please include a copy of this letter with any future permit application.
