FRONT AND SIDE YARD BUILDING SETBACK LINES ARE HEREBY ESTABLISHED AS SHOWN ON THIS PLAT, BETWEEN WHICH LINES AND THE PROPERTY LINES OF THE STREET THERE SHALL BE ERECTED OR MAINTAINED NO BUILDING OR STRUCTURE.
