The applicant seeks to rezone approximately 4 acres from B-lI and B-3/Business
Classifications in the Old Town Character Sub-area to a Planned Unit Development and
create a live-work development. The site is located at 320 West Main.

This item was forwarded out of the Subdivision Committee with a 3-0 "Favorable"
recommendation. Please refer to the updated informational booklet distributed with the
department report. The committee forwarded the item with a request to see additional text
