The following comments were received from them as well as commission members: 1. Concern with regard to proposed traffic circle and added traffic. 2. Concern regarding access to individual units garage areas. 3. Request to see more information on number of parking spaces being provided. 4. Request to see dimensioned site plan. The area north of Main Street and west ofthe Monon is planned for both residential and commercial uses. The proposed PUD exemplifies the type of product envisioned under the efforts made in planning the Old Town District Overlay.
