Ragarding the West Carmel Marketplace prtrnory plat
Thanks for the update on the docketing process.
You indicated a couple of additional things to be addressed in your docket assignment em ail message.
First, Greg Snelling, the project engineer from Woolpert, indicates that the road r-o-w widths are based upon the
County, not the City, as this property is not yet annexed. Snelling says that the r-o-w widths are from the County
standards.
Second, we are still working on the covenants. We hope that by early next week, the covenants will be finalized,
approved by Duke, and, ready for submittal to your file.
Regarding the St. Vincent Medical Office Building:
We are drafting a point by point response to your letter of August 3, to accompany an amended site plan. Our
letter will also address comments heard from Jon at the August 18 TAC meeting. As of this writing, I believe we
are proposing to amend the plans in accordance with all, or nearly so, of your and Jon's comments. For example,
I believe we will be providing the full 25-foot buffer yard along our east property line (withdrawing the buffer yard
setback variance), adding an additional 6-foot greenbelt along 421, and reducing the total height of the ground
sign to 7 feet.
Also, for your information, we have scheduled a meeting with the Weston Place neighbors on September 8.
