The SPIN CYCLE project occupies approximately twenty three percent (23%) of the ground floor area of a three (3) story building. Beneath the ground floor and separated with a 3-hour fire resistive assembly, is an unheated parking garage. The SPIN CYCLE project is a Group A-3 occupancy, and the construction type of this project and the shell and core is II-A. The entire facility is fully protected by an automatic sprinkler system, and is surrounded by at least 30 feet of yard depth. The SPIN CYCLE tenant is a fitness facility offering spinning classes and hot yoga.
