NOTES:
1. All penetrations through fire rated walls,
floors and roofs shall have U L rated
assemblies protecting the spaces at occupied
sides. See sheet A3.4 for related assemblies.
2. Tenant's fire alarm shall be connected to
the Building fire alarm and include sensors as
required for its occupancy and construction
type.
3. Reference UL rated wall assemblies for
rated walls indicated on the project floor plan,
and the life safety plan of the project.
4. Review interior drawings for all wall types.
5. Include finishing (completing) and
repairing all existing spray-applied fireproofing,
fire sealants and fire stopping that is unfinished
or damaged from the shell project into the
scope of this tenant improvement. Provide a
breakout summary of work required and
proportion of the line item affected by these
areas and items.
6. All emergency lighting to tenant
improvement required to have 2 or more exits
shall be connected to the Emergency and
Standby Power System (generator).
