The proposed facility is a 11,990 SF pre-manufactured non-sprinkled metal
building consisting of warehouse, production, and office spaces. The wood
framed office space includes a partial mezzanine level. The facility has been
released by the State of Indiana, project number 360246 on 09/19/2012 and
meets all building and fire codes. The street facing facade consists of brick,
glass, and metal siding, while the other 3 facades are entirely metal siding. The
structure has a single sloping roof with the high eave at 20'-0"above grade. One
ramped loading dock exists on the south side of the facility and there is a small
landscaped parking lot at the main entry.
