LAND DESCRIPTION
Part of the north half of the southwest quarter of Section
30, Township 18 north, Range 3 east of the Second Principal
Meridian, in Clay Township, Hamilton County, Indiana,
described as follows;
Commencing at the northwest corner of said southwest quarter
section; thence north 90 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds east
(assumed basis of bearings) along the north line of said
southwest quarter section 1220.98 feet to a PK Nail at the
point of beginning; thence north 90 degrees 00 minutes 00
seconds east along said north tine 260.08 feet to a stone
marking the accepted northwest corner of the northeast
quarter of said southwest quarter section; thence north 89
degrees 17 minutes 53 seconds east along the north line of
the northeast quarter of said southwest quarter section
148.50 feet; thence south 0 degrees 25 minutes 22 seconds
east parallel with the west line of the northeast quarter of
said southwest quarter section 537.09 feet to a 5/8 inch
rebar with yellow cap; thence south 89 degrees 30 minutes 42
seconds west 402.70 feet to a 5/8 inch rebar with yellow cap;
thence north 1 degree 02 minutes 30 seconds west 538.74 feet
to the point of beginning.

GENERAL NOTES
1. Construction of septic system will be done when soils ore dry.
2. System as designed and shown is done with the intention of the
system being installed at minimum depths.
3. No clay fill materials will be placed over absorption field.
4. Finish grading over absorption field will be done to obtain
positive surface drainage away from field. Any finish grading
done in area of absorption field will be done with light equipment.
5. No compaction from construction traffic to be allowed in absorption
area. It is suggested the area be isolated by fencing or other means.
6. All absorption field fingers to be placed at minimum depths to
keep system in more permeable soils.
7. Existing elevations shown should be verified before construction
begins. Design shown is based on elevations shown.
8. Septic system design was based upon Homilton County Board of Health
recommendations.
9. Following installation and prior to backfilling of septic system trenches
Hamilton County Board of Health shall be notified for inspection.
10. Surfaces, connections, and accesses to oil tanks are to be sealed
watertight to prevent groundwater and surface water leakage into system.
11. All absorption lateral trench bottoms shall be level along their length.
