Lifestyle to obtain all building permits
Prepare rectorial quantity and delivery schedules

Alt furniture, fixtures and decorations of value wil need to be removed from the project area,
Dumpsterwill be on site for a large 9art of the project, Client may not use the dumpster for personal items until the
project has anted and Lifestyle has given permission for use.

Remove only the laedscaping & retaining walls necessary for construction of additions (~ 15 feet) the mst will not be
disturbed
Remove deck structure and concrete beneam it that interferes with foundation activi[y from the back of the home
Remove walls ie the laundry room area of the existing home
Remove exterior brick and siding as needed on the exterior in the areas of the two additions
Remove drywall as required for renovation activities
Remove areas of exterior wall as necessary for new fl~mir~g across the back of the nome
Remove existing electrical, plum biog a nd heat/cool as necossaryfor ren°vati°n activities
Foundation_
Excavate for crawl space foundation (kitchen and sun room addition) -leave dirt on site necessary for backfill - dirt will
be hauled off as necessary
Trench and pour footings to 32 inches below grade
install concrete block wall foundation (DECORATIVE BLOCK)
Install fourinches of P-gravel fill in crawl space
Backfill foundation and rough grade
Estimate does NOT include any finishing activities such as sod, grass seeo or landscaping - typica
handled by landscapers (or client) after remodel project is complete
