The applicant seeks to plat a residential subdivision of 12 lots on 6.39 acres
and seeks the following subdivision waiver:
Docket No. OS"0002 SW: SCO 6.0S.08 - Perimeter Lots.
The site is located at 14309 Gray Road. The site is zoned S1/Residence.
Filed bv Adam DeHart of Keeler Webb Associates for Covenant Group. LLC.
Petitioner, please note the following:
1. This Item wason the September 22 agenda of the Technical Advisory Committee (TAC).
2. Mailed and Published Public Notice needs to occur no later than Friday, January 7. Published notice is required
within the Indianapolis Star.
3. Proof of Notice will need to be received by this Department no later than Noon, Friday, January 14. Failure to
submit Proof of Notice by this time will result in the tabling of the petition.
4. The Filing Fee and Fifteen (15) Informatio.nal Packets must be delivered to Plan Commission Secretary Ramona
Hancock no later than NOON, Friday, January 7. Failure to submit Informational Packets by this time will result in the
tabling of the petition to the February 1S, agenda of the Plan Commission.
S. The Item will appear on the January 18, 2005 agenda of the Plan Commission (under "Public Hearings").
6. The Item may also appear on the Tuesday, February 1 , agenda of the Plan Commission Subdivision Committee.
7. Note: a review letter will be forthcoming.
