PROJECT NARRATIVE
BFI PROPERTIES, LLC - 479 GRADLE DRIVE
BFI Properties, LLC ("BFI") is the owner of the property located at 479 Gradle
Drive. The property is zoned I-I Industrial and is subject to the Architectural Design,
Lighting, Landscaping, and Signage Amendment ("ADLS") approval of the Special
Studies Committee ("Committee"). BFI has filed for the Committee's review of an
ADLS Amendment Application for a 12,600 square foot warehouse addition that will be
located behind the existing office building. The plans that had been filed with the
Committee are in compliance with the I-I Industrial Zoning District requirements. The
building design is consistent with the design of the existing warehouse buildings located
on the property, which were previously approved by the Department of Community
Services.
