The sign letters and the logo will both be black in color. Only the logo will be illuminated, which will be a back-lit halo-effect illumination - the .same illumination as the existing logo. The letter heights are 14 inches and the logo height is 3 feet 9.25 inches. The area of the.letters is 28.24 sq. f1. and the logo area is 15.1 sq. f1. The ordinance requires that this be measured by enclosing all the elements of the sign within one rectangle. This results in an overall area of 154.33 sq. f1. which exceeds the 75 sq. ft. maximum permitted by the ordinance. 67946_I.DOC If?
