ALL ITEMS DESIGNATED TO BE DEMOLISHED SHALL BE REMOVED FROM THE SITE. 2, ALL DIMENSIONS AND EXISTING CONDITIONS ARE TO BE VERIFIED BY THE CONTRACTOR REPORT TO THE ARCHITECT WHERE DISCREPANCIES OCCUR 3. REMOVE AND REPLACE ALL TERMITE DAMAGED FLOOR JOISTS, SUBSTRATE OR CASEWORK COMPLETE. 16. BURNING OF DEBRIS ON THE PROJECT SITE WILL NOT BE ALLOWED. 11. PRIOR TO STARTING DEMOLITION, THE OWNER SHALL IDENTIFY ALL ITEMS TO BE TURNED OVER TO THE OWNER IN GOOD CONDITION. THESE ITEMS WILL BE STORED IN AN AREA DESIGNATED BY THE OWNER FOR POSSIBLE REUSE. 18, CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE ALL NECESSARY SHORING AND 5RACING REQUIRED FOR SAFE DEMOLITION OF DESIGNATED AREAS. ALL ITEMS NOT WANTED BY THE OWNER SHALL BE REMOVED FROM THE PREMISES. 19. ALL EXISTING BASE AND WALL TRIMS AND MOLDIW36 SHALL BE REMOVED COMPLETE IN AREAS WHERE WORK IS TO BE PERFORMED. GENERAL GONSTRUGTION NOTES: I. THE PURP05E OF THE PROJECT DOCUMENTS 15 TO INSTRUCT THE CONTRACTOR AS TO THE INTENT OF THE WORK REQUIRED UNDER THIS CONTRACT. 2.
