This project included the installation, maintenance and operation of entry signs and ornamental street lighting. The project has been completed, and the total cost of the Project to be paid by the owners of the parcels in this District is $142,155. The cost per parcel of this assessment is $585.00. If the assessment is paid in annual installments, the interest rate set by the Board of Public Works will acme at 6.5 %. Please complete the attached Waiver if you wish to make 10 annual installments. An amortization schedule is included for your convenience. We have also included the most commonly asked questions about Barrett Law. It is our suggestion that if you have more questions you may wish to speak to your Homeowner's Association Board or the Office of the Carmel City Attorney (571- 2472).
