We offer the following comments: CONSTRUCTION DRAWING REVIEW COMMENTS 1. Previous Comment 16 of a letter dated October 24, 2012. The maximum spacing of concrete curb control joints shall be 10 feet on tangents and 5 feet on radii The maximum spacing of concrete curb expansion joints shall be 50 feet. Please specify in the plans that the maximum spacing of concrete curb control joints shall be 10 feet on tangents and 5 feet on radii. 2. Previous. Comment 17 of a letter dated October 24, 2012. Please include the City Curbing Policy in the plan set. The Department repeats this comment. 3. Previous Comment 19 of a letter dated October 24, 2012. A regulated drain easement is located along the northern part of this property. This easement is currently not indicated on the plans. Is there a regulated drain easement on the north side of the property? If so,.pleaseindicate on the plans. 4. Previous Comment 24 of a letter dated October 24, 2012. Please provide the requisite stonn water /drainage information required by Section 102.02 xi. m. of the Storm Water Technical Standards Manual on the plan sheets. The Department repeats this comment. 5. Previous Comment 25 of a letter dated October 24, 2012. Stormwater detention is required for this project. Please indicate the location of the detention facility on the plans. Please ensure Crossroads has received all required stormwater materials for a full review. 6. Previous Comment 27 of a letter dated October 24, 2012. Stonnwater direct discharges shall be eliminated. All stormwater onsite shall be detained. Please address the detention of the yard inlet and the trench drain. 7. Previous Comment 28 of a letter dated October 24, 2012. All stormwater subsurface drains shall be double wall Hancor Hi -Q or equivalent. Please specify this in the plans. 8. Previous Comment 29 of a letter dated October 24, 2012, The existing stormwater conveyance within the right -of -way shall be maintained with this project. Any culverts shall be sized as to not affect the velocity of flow resulting from the 100 -yr storm. The City requires a minimum 18 inch culvert for commercial driveways. End sections shall be used for all culverts 24 inches in diameter or smaller. All storm structures within the City right -of -way shall be reinforced concrete. Please provide a concrete end section within the right -of -way. 9.
