STACK OF UNITS. PROVIDE VENTED REGULATOR AND SHUT-OFF AT EACH UNIT.
- GAS TO HVAC UNITS TO BE SUPPLED FROM ABOVE. EXTEND 3/4" (2 PSI) RISER UP TO EACH
TO FREEZING..
- WATER PIPING SHALL NOT BE LOCATED IN EXTERIOR WALLS, ATTIC OR ANY SPACE SUBJECT
IN DROPPED CEILING SPACES.
SPACE WITH APPROPRIATE FIRESTOPPING APPLIED. DUCTWORK TO HAVE SPACE PRIORITY
AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE. WHERE NECESSARY, PENETRATE UP OR DOWN INTO FLOOR TRUSS.
- WATER PIPING SHOWN WITHIN TYPICAL UNITS TO BE LOCATED IN DROPPED CEILING SPACE
- 3 HOUR RATING EXISTS BETWEEN RESIDENTIAL AND GARAGE.
- 1 HOUR RATING EXISTS BETWEEN RESIDENTIAL FLOORS AND ROOF OR COMMONS.
- 1 HOUR RATING EXISTS BETWEEN RESIDENTIAL FLOORS.
FOR WALL TYPES AND EXACT LOCATIONS OF RATED CONSTRUCTION.
TO MAINTAIN THE RATING OF THE CONSTRUCTION. REFER TO ARCHITECTURAL PLANS
PIPING (GROUTED TIGHT) OR SEALED WITH A U.L. APPROVED FIRE BARRIER SYSTEM
- ANY PENETRATION OF THE FIRE RATED CONSTRUCTION MUST BE MADE WITH METAL
