Dear Mr. Loope:
After review of the engineered plans for the Illinois Street realignment construction, it is
determined by this office that this street construction project will not cause a non-
conforming status to your property at 200 West 103`d Street, relative to Carmel's Zoning
Ordinances.
The impacts from the planned construction will be minor; however, it appears the
construction will cause removal of some approved landscaping which will need repaired. It
is understood that the City of Carmel, thru the Illinois Street contract, is responsible for
replacing any disturbed landscaping, which will occur consistent with the approved
Development Plan for the real estate, docket number 45 -02 DP /ADLS.
