The site is located 1017 W. Main St. (12965 Old Meridian St.) and is zoned OM /MU — Old Meridian District, Mixed Use subarea. APPROVED: Docket No. 13020001 ADLS Amend: Carmel Shopping Center & David Weekly Homes is approved, as modified and presented to the Department.
