Part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 31, Township 18 North, Range
4 East in Clay Township, Hamilton County, Indiana, more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the West line of the Southwest Quarter of
Section 31, Township 18 North, Range 4 East which is 275.00 feet North
01 degree 04 minutes 45 seconds West (assumed bearing) from the
Southwest corner thereof; thence North 01 degree 04 minutes 45
seconds West on and along the West line of said Southwest Quarter
210.00 feet; thence North 89 degrees 50 minutes 15 seconds East
parallel with the South line of said Southwest Quarter 250.00 feet;
thence South 01 degrees 04 minutes 45 seconds East parallel with the
said West line 210.00 feet; thence South 89 degrees 50 minutes 15

identified, distant 275 feet measured North 01 degree 04 minutes 45
seconds West from the Southwest corner thereof; thence South 89
degrees 50 minutes 15 seconds East 3.30 feet to a point; thence North

1. IT SHALL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF EACH SUBCONTRACTOR TO
VERIFY ALL EXISTING UTILITIES AND CONDITIONS PERTAINING TO
THE PHASE OF WORK. IT SHALL ALSO BE THE SUBCONTRACTOR'S
RESPONSIBILITY TO CONTACT THE OWNERS OF THE VARIOUS
UTILITIES FOR PROPER STAKE LOCATION OF EACH UTILITY BEFORE
WORK IS STARTED. THE SUBCONTRACTOR SHALL NOTIFY IN
WRITING THE OWNER AND THE ENGINEER OF ANY CHANGES,
OMISSIONS, OR ERRORS FOUND ON THESE PLANS OR IN FIELD
BEFORE WORK IS STARTED OR RESUMED.
2. STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE LOCAL GOVERNING
AGENCY SHALL APPLY FOR ALL SANITARY SEWERS, STORM
SEWERS, AND WATER MAINS.
3. ANY PART OF THE SANITARY OR STORM SEWER TRENCHES
RUNNING UNDER PAVED AREAS TO BE BACKFILLED WITH
GRANULAR MATERIAL
4. ALL WATER MAINS TO HAVE A 54" MINIMUM COVER OVER
TOP OF PIPE;
5. WATER SERVICE LINE TO THE BUILDING SHALL HAVE A SHUT -OFF
VALVE IN AN ACCESSIBLE LOCATION OUTSIDE OF THE BUILDING.

6. STERILIZATION OF WATER MAIN SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH
STATE BOARD OF HEALTH REQUIREMENTS.
